At Little Fashion Tots, we understand that sometimes those adorable outfits might not be quite right for your little one. That’s why we’ve made our returns process as simple and parent-friendly as our shopping experience.

Our Return Promise

We stand behind the quality of our children’s products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Important Note:

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear (Boys Swimwear, Girls Swimwear) or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please double-check sizes when ordering these special items.

Easy Returns Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

To begin your return or exchange, please email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with the following information:

Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Dear Little Fashion Tots Team, I would like to request a return/exchange for my recent order (#[Your Order Number]). Details: – Item(s) to return: [Product Name, Size, Color] – Reason for return: [Please specify] – Preferred resolution: [Refund / Exchange for (specify new item if exchanging)] I have reviewed the return policy and confirm the items are unworn, unwashed with original tags attached. Thank you, [Your Full Name] [Your Contact Information]

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our customer care team will respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization
  • Instructions for return shipping
  • Return address (145 Great Western Road, Yarmouth, US 02664)

Step 3: Package & Ship

Please include:

  • The item in its original condition with tags
  • Original packaging if possible
  • The packing slip or order confirmation

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days after approval

You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is processed. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 3-10 business days to appear in your account.

International Returns

For our customers outside the US (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):

  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping must be via trackable method

Damaged or Defective Items

If your little one’s new outfit arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage
  • We’ll arrange a free return label and expedite your replacement
