We know you’re excited to receive your order! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
- Free Shipping (orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote areas). Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes those adorable outfits might not be quite right for your little one. That’s why we’ve made our returns process as simple and parent-friendly as our shopping experience.
Return Eligibility
You may return most unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Important Exceptions: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Swimwear (Boys Swimwear, Girls Swimwear)
- Personalized items
Exceptions will be made if these items arrive damaged or defective.
Easy 4-Step Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

- Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Item details (name, size, color)
- Reason for return
- Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our customer care team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization
- Return shipping instructions

Step 3: Package & Ship
Include in your return package:
- The item in original condition with tags
- Original packaging if possible
- The packing slip or order confirmation
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days after approval
You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is processed. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 3-10 business days to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your little one’s new outfit arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange a free return label and expedite your replacement
